Limitations of Liability:

Consumer Protection: For consumer contracts, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, restricts unfair trade practices, including one-sided limitation of liability clauses that may harm the consumer.

Contracts: In most commercial contracts, parties include clauses that limit the liability of one or both parties. These clauses usually cap the amount of damages that can be claimed (e.g., to the amount paid under the contract or a specific fixed amount).

Negligence: Limitations of liability may exclude liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, as such exclusions are often not enforceable.

In case of any disputes, Bengaluru, India will be the jurisdiction.
